Misoa Sukiyaki Soup Recipe

Main Ingredients :


100 grams of beef sukiyaki , cut into 2 parts
100 grams of canned button mushrooms , halved
100 grams bokcoy , cut 2
200 grams misoa
1 leek, sliced
3 cloves of garlic minced
1 cm ginger slices
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp sugar
1000 ml beef broth
3 tablespoons oil for sauteing

How to cook :


  •     Put the meat into a container , add salt , sugar , pepper powder and soy sauce . Stir until blended . Let stand for 10 minutes , set aside.
  •     Pour cooking oil and sesame oil in a preheated wok , put the garlic and ginger , saute .
  •     Put the meat , stir and cook until the meat changes color .
  •     Enter the beef broth , stir and cook until boiling ,
  •     Enter the sliced ​​leeks , bokcoy , mushrooms and misoa , stir gently until misoa destroyed . Cook until done .
  •     Turn off the heat and prepare a serving bowl .


Serving suggestions :

Pour soup misoa in serving bowl , put vegetables and meat , pour the broth . Garnish with red chili and serve .
