You noodle lovers ? There is no harm in trying this one cuisine menu similar to the texture of the noodles but has a wider and chewy .
Ingredients :
- Shahe fen 400 g wet
- 100g chicken thigh fillets , cut into cubes
- 100 g shrimp , cleaned
- 100 g cabbage , chopped coarse
- Caisim 150 g , cut into pieces
- 75 g toge
- 1 stalk of spring onion , finely sliced
- 2 cloves garlic , finely chopped
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce ,
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
How to Make a Special Wet Shahe :
- Shahe fen Marinate with oyster sauce , tomato sauce and soy sauce .
- Heat oil in a skillet and then saute garlic and onions until fragrant . Set aside .
- Add the eggs and poached eggs. Then add the veal meatballs and stir again .
- Add the carrots , bean sprouts and peas and stir until wilted . Add a little water and cook until absorbed .
- Enter Shahe fen , pepper powder and salt and mix well and enter the leeks . Stir until cooked and remove from heat.
- Shahe Special wet ready to be served .
