French Cuisine : Crêpes au Fromage ( cheese crêpes )

Besides famous as a center of fashion , France is also famous with cooking since the Napoleonic era ( 17th century ) . In 2010 , the official French cuisine in the list of Cultural Heritage Objects wealth of " Intangible Cultural Heritage " by UNESCO.
Crêpes au Fromage

Every day , the average French person eating three times . The first meal , ie breakfast ( Le petit déjeuner ) . The breakfast menu consists of dishes that are easy to be made such as croissants , brown bread , bread spread with jam or jelly . Lunch ( le déjeuner ) is usually more complete food menu of breakfast . Finally, dinner ( le dîner ) , food menu consisting of an appetizer ( hors d' œuvre ) , main meals ( plat principal ) and desserts ( dessert ) .

The French are very proud of glorifying food and cuisine of diverse cultures . Quite often their children introduced how to cook since childhood . Here are some examples of French cuisine that is easily processed .

French Cuisine : Crêpes au Fromage ( cheese crêpes )


Cheese crepes are crispy snack that is commonly used as a dessert . How to make this dish is quite easy . First , provide the following materials :

  •     200 gr flour
  •     125 gr grated cheese
  •     salt and pepper to taste
  •     3 eggs
  •     half a liter of cow's milk
  •     50 g butter

Once the materials are ready , the next step is to start making cheese crepes . To make it , follow the steps below :

  1.     Stir in the flour into a bowl , add salt and egg and mix well , add the milk .
  2.     Prepare a frying pan , put a little butter and pour the mixture little by little . Wait until the mixture changes color ( ripe ) . Then turn it over and wait until cooked . After that , put the grated cheese and fold into a quarter circle .

    Serve while warm ( enough for 4 servings ) .
