HONGKONG FRIED RICE RECIPE

let's breakfast of fried rice! Moreover, Hong Kong fried rice. Wow, it really complete.
HONGKONG FRIED RICE RECIPE

Bahan-bahan/bumbu-bumbu:
  • 3 cloves of garlic chopped
  • 2 pieces of red pepper sliced
  • 100 grams of chicken meat cubes 1 cm
  • 150 grams of peeled shrimp
  • 6 pieces fish balls cut 2 parts
  • 2 leeks sliced
  • 2 eggs plus 1/4 teaspoon salt, beaten off
  • 450 grams of cold rice
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce english local
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon angciu

Processing way:

  1.      Saute garlic and chilli until fragrant. Insert meat chicken and shrimp. Stir until cooked.
  2.      Enter leeks. Stir until wilted. Add scrambled eggs and fish balls. Stir until grainy.
  3.      Add rice, stir until blended.
  4.      Add fish sauce, soy sauce english, pepper powder, salt, and angciu. Stir until the spices to infuse.



For 4 servings
