Moroccan Spicy Chicken

Servings : For 4 people

  • Time to prepare : 30 minutes
  • Cooking time : 40 minutes
  • ingredients :
  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 10 grains of black pepper
  • Cinnamon 1 egg
  • 1 red onions
  • 1 medium-size piece of ginger
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • A few leaves of celery
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt ( according to taste )
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Olive leaf for garnish

How to cook :

  1.     Wash and clean the chicken breasts , then set aside .
  2.     Puree grains of black pepper , cinnamon , onion , garlic , celery , lemon juice . Puree until well blended .
  3.     Add chili powder , salt , cumin , and black pepper powder . Puree and mix until evenly distributed .
  4.     Cut the chicken breasts horizontally and coat with spices that have been mashed . Let stand for 30 minutes .
  5.     Preheat the grill and spread with olive oil . Place the chicken breasts on it .
  6.     Bake for 15-20 minutes until the chicken turns a brownish color .
  7.     Turn over chicken breasts , bake for 15-20 minutes until the same color with the opposite side .
  8.     Prepare a serving dish , place the chicken breasts on a serving plate . Garnish with an olive leaf .
